Working terms
Design-pilot terms
WORKING VERSION · 25 JULY 2026
Provider: OLIVEIRA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, CNPJ 64.472.757/0001-60, using the provisional brand Runstance. Runstance is in commercial validation and is not presented as a finished product, certification, or generally available service.
Reservation
A qualified buyer may reserve a 14-day design pilot for US$500 after both parties accept the scope and kickoff date. The reservation is fully refundable before kickoff and is returned if the provider cannot start as agreed. After kickoff, it pays for the pilot work and not a promised performance outcome.
Standard scope
- Up to 10 resettable tasks.
- Up to three versions or models and five repeats per configuration.
- State criteria agreed before execution.
- A failure and variance report with a repeatable runbook.
Production integration, continuous operation, availability guarantees, certification, and correction of the buyer’s agent are outside this scope.
Data and security
The buyer does not provide credentials, sensitive data, or production access. Only a redacted trace or isolated sandbox is accepted. Data is used only for the pilot, access is minimized, and copies are deleted within 30 days after completion or sooner on request.
Ownership
Each party keeps its pre-existing materials. The buyer keeps its tasks, traces, data, and systems. OLIVEIRA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA keeps its general methods, code, templates, and tools. The buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive internal license to the delivered report and runbook.
Experimental limitation
The pilot can contain false positives, false negatives, or variance. It does not replace the buyer’s QA, security, compliance, or human release decision. No release should depend exclusively on the pilot.
Final order form
Any executed order form will identify the buyer, representatives, legally required addresses, scope, dates, payment, refund mechanics, notices, and dispute process. Brazilian law applies.
These are working validation terms, not a signature-ready agreement. No payment is collected before corporate payment setup, accepted scope, and final execution by the authorized representatives.
